This happens in my game as well, when I skip through the animations before Yeti jumps up and down. As Alienscar stated, it's an error that occurs if we skip through the animations too quickly. I have found that if I tap on the crown near the top instead of near the bottom of the screen it doesn't happen. I guess players aren't complaining in masses because progress isn't lost, we just have to reload the app. This freezing has been going on since All Stars. I play on iPad and iPhone and see it on all devices @QueenB .

Oh my word 🤣 what a load of hogwash. It's common knowledge that you remove the ads straight after a purchase. I always had ads and then I made the mistake of making a purchase and you removed my ads. It's all over the internet that Candy Crush is know to do that like seriously how do you keep denying this.

No I never did. Until I made a purchase have and could not understand why ads where gone and I naturally googled. I am not part of a test like they say.

This is not true. I always had ads. I made a purchase and boom my ads disappeared. I am not part of a test. I got ads for boosters and I got ads for extra moves and now they are making it impossible for me to barely get ahead in the game. It's like they are forcing me to make another purchase.

I have used my coins for extra move which is at the end of the round but they alloted only 5 moves and we're supposed to allot 190 moves

This game is glitching. I coins to win the match, and I it said that I didn’t make it in that special round of in a row. But I did. And then the next time I use 10 coins right after the last round and it said I was finished with the five lives already. I only use like two moves. What’s going on with the game? I want my coins back
