Hello @Chrisputnam you should never uninstall your game as this deletes all your game data from your device along with any progress in your Events.

No one else has reported any issues playing offline, so the issue might resolve itself for you. How is your game behaving now?

Hello @Tiler66 the game crashing or freezing is something that a lot of people are complaining about recently.

Until King finds the cause of the issue there isn't anything that a player that can do about the issue.

Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? Also, when did the issue start?

this game keeps crashing at the most in opportune times. When using a booster. When I have just made a purchase and it wipes out the purchase boosters!!!
so frustrating especially when I lose money. I think it’s time to delete this account as I have had no responses to these errors.
