Ugh, that's disappointing. I assume you got the pop up telling you that you reached the maximum? I thought in a previous post you had gotten a pop up at 2,000.

Hi Droyaee. I'm a little confused with your "spending" 500 gold bars while in a candy royale. Normally the CR only pays out a minimal amount of gold if you win so it's really never worth it to try to complete at all costs. Also, were you at a 25 level CR? Most of the time they are at like 12 so I don't get how you spent 500 gold.

Hello @Himanshu1120 and welcome to the community. You are correct in what you state but you probably don't realise this:

We have been raising this issue for many, many years here. There have literally been hundreds of posts here about players losing ads after purchases, and we have been warning everyone who comes here about it for years. I am not sure what else we can do! This community is just a tiny fraction of all players of the game and that is why so many players still face the issue despite all our warnings. Whether the few of us quit playing won't affect King's profits.

They do not listen to our feedback on the ads issue and there has never yet been a satisfactory reply to any of these complaints from any King representative.

Dear Candy Crush Players,

I want to raise a serious concern regarding Candy Crush Saga. Many players, including myself, have noticed that after making purchases in the game, the option to watch ads for extra moves, boosters, or rewards disappears.

This feels extremely unfair. Players who support the game financially should not lose features that free players still receive. Removing ads after purchases takes away an important way to progress in the game.

I request the Candy Crush community to stand together and raise this issue. If this practice continues, we should consider quitting the game until the developers restore equal ad access for all players.

Games should reward loyal players, not penalize them.

If you are facing the same issue, please speak up and support this request so the developers understand how serious this problem is.

Hi @regokool I think that screenshot you posted there must be from last year. It is confusing me because the date (April 30th) seems to be wrong.

King deliberately keep the wording of the Terms and Conditions this vague, they are quite secretive about numbers of competitors or the exact methods used to choose the winners.

Last year there were ten leaderboards, but King did not pick one player per leaderboard. They seemed to go by the highest overall scorers, but what happened last year is little indication of what will happen this year. You will have to just wait and see I'm afraid, we all do.

Hi, can you please clarify what does that mean by “ our team will review the scores “. I would like to know which score? Will there be only 10 groups to play for the final in the leaderboards and you will choose the person in the 1st position  or will there be more than 10 leaderboards and you will choose the 10 finalist who have more blue candies score

? I am confused if you score by the one who has more blue candies then what the point of playing in group leaderboard you would directly say the 10 finalist is the one who scores more candies who have reached the final. Can you please clarify which score will you look at?

Regarding the multiple tokens- if we have not used them, can we keep them for the final live or can they only be used from the 3 rd knockout?
