If you play on 2 devices and Internet Connection isn't always stable on the 2nd device, that device may not sync with the server properly (Or with the 1st one) and as a result you may get the chance to use Daily Treat Machine for 2nd time today on the 2nd device despite already being used on the 1st device.. That's was my experience sometimes.
Recently, when you open the game, Daily Treat Machine doesn't automatically start when you enter the map screen if it is ready to be claimed until you play a level or you manually go to events tab and claim Daily Treat Machine prize from there.
