I have an Android device and I get adverts, so that isn't the reason you do not have adverts in your game.

The reason you don't have adverts is simply that King do not give every feature of the game to every player of the game at the same time. That is, King deliver the adverts (and every other feature) to different groups of people at different times. What this means is that whilst your friend has adverts at the moment it doesn't mean they will get to keep them forever, just as you not having adverts doesn't mean you won't get them in the future.

why is this post marked answered?

It is fault of this forum's software. Anyone can post anything they like in response to a question and the question will show as 'answered'. Because you commented on your own post the software has marked the question as answered. Only 'Accepted Answer' means the question has been fully answered though.

You should see a choice on each of the comments that asks whether or not the comment has answered your question. If you select no to every post (even your own) then your post will be marked as a question again.

Hello @thyflo I am sorry but your posts don't provide enough detail, so it is difficult to know what your problem actually is.

I can tell you though that refunds aren't available by asking for one in this forum.

For a refund you have to use King Player Support or the refund process of the app Store that you use to make payments.
