I still have not received my answer as to why I can not get out of the shop now ads. The only way out is to close and go back to the very start of game. Which makes me lose a life and my progress on that game.

tickets disappeared from board. I had 23 out of 25 with 9 hours left to play!!

Thanks for reporting this, I know how frustrating that must feel, especially after putting in the effort to collect all the tickets.

We’re currently looking into reports about tickets not appearing or disappearing, so thanks for flagging that as well.

If you completed all the tickets but didn’t receive your reward, the best next step is to contact Player Support so they can check your account and help you directly.

You can do that from the game by going to:
Settings (the cogwheel) → Account & Help → Help Center → select any topic → scroll down and tap Contact Us

They’ll be able to take a closer look and make sure you get the reward if everything is completed.
