Happy Birthday farm heroes...unfortunately am losing interest in playing the game anymore, the companion levels are ridiculously hard,I have lost boosters and rancid races because of them....no one needs this many companions and we don't even get to really choose which ones we want anyway plus there's none on companion levels where they are actually needed...frustrating that in order to pass some levels you need to spend money, it's taken all the fun from the game

Thanks @Carol-38 I haven’t had any private comms from @QueenB but if it’s only me that’s having the issue, I accept it will get a low priority. My feeling is that it’s not just me but, as you say, others understandbly can’t be bothered to report it.
Thankyou also for the ‘hitching a lift on an existing thread with the same subject’ tip - I will use this method as a workaround in future 🙂

why am i unable to accept rewards for race? Its going on days now, issue still not fixed. Win a level, the game just freezes

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!
Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? Which device are you using to play the game?
If you are using mobile device - when freezing occurs, we are usually advised to check for the updates! Is your game App updated to the latest version? How about your device software? Is it up to date?
Can you please check those two and let me know?

I would like to know why three people responded that this comment was "helpful". There is one person in particular who copies every response to each of my posts made by Diamond Lim. Is this done by an automated system? Are you an AI? Even if you had time to sift through every post on the forum, I don't know anyone can actually manage to always copy the response made by Diamond Lim. Since the community update I can't find a way to see who responded to posts unless I actually go into their profile. Surely no one is physically doing this?
