I put in quite a bit of money to enter the grand final, but unfortunately didn’t win anything. It’s disheartening, especially after spending so much and not getting any rewarding outcome.

Yes, we do have an idea of what they are doing right now: being incompetent and NOT addressing the issue.

They’ve been so arrogant. The game team hasn’t fixed the issues for weeks—including the Sweet Rewards, boosters, and Dog Delivery events. They only give us empty promises and ignore players’ feedback. We still have no idea what they’re even doing right now.
