Yes @katieroselizzy plenty of people are complaining about their game crashing since the last update.

Here are a few of them.

Unfortunately, even when it is plainly their fault, you won't get a sensible answer from King and they will always blame the players device and memory.

King's response is stuck in the past as today's devices are just as powerful as computers and the majority of people playing this game now have super fast broadband.

I am sorry to say that all you can do is keep playing the best you can until King realise they have a problem and fix it.
