Hello @Lissa5 and @Bentehm there is currently an ongoing freezing/crashing issue that has already been reported to King. It is more than likely you are suffering from this same problem.
Unfortunately King have no yet come up with a solution and all you can do at the moment is report the problem direc to King Player Support using the Help function of your game.

Gefühlte 100 x die gleiche Werbung hintereinander. Das ist schon belastend. Da kann ich nur froh sein, dass es nicht eine 30 Sekunden Werbung ist, sondern nur die mit 20 Sekunden.

if you log out and back in it should refresh your picture
We're working on a fix for this issue (it's a visual glitch , so no one is stealing your picture) but logging out and in should fix it in the meantime

Hi my friend it sounds like your progress is not being saved
Please select the icon bottom left of your home screen then help centre there are lots of different instructions for different issues
Type in the box (how do I save progress in bw3) and you will see the steps you need to follow 💓
