I have been trying to beat level 4133 for 3 days now and can't do it so I googled to watch a video on how to beat it and every video I watched level 4133 had 30 moved but I only 15 moves that's why I can't beat it I think I'm just going to stop playing it's too stressful I just don't understand why some people get 30 moves and I only get 15 it can't be won

Yes this would be good.
Skipping the repeated tutorials would make more time for game play
More chances for players to send money on boostrers.

I am sorry to hear that you lost your level bonuses, unfortunately yeah if your device runs out of power while playing, there is no way that the level progress is saved and you have to start over.

I've trying for 3 days to beat level 4133 and can not do it and you only have 15 moved if I don't beat it soon I'm done with the game

Who do you mean by Community Support Team? How do I contact them? I posted it here thinking that perhaps @Yosca or @Pitty_Kitty or @FluffyDinosaur would help. Aren't they the Community Support Team? Still waiting for anyone of them to address the issue. I see that other people are also having the same problem as me in the "Bake the Cake" feature of this game.
In the meantime I contacted the King Player Support and this is part of what was said:
"Rest assured it is expected for some events and features to change and even become temporarily unavailable, so there’s nothing to worry about."
"It's great to know your appreciation for this feature though, and I will pass your feedback on to our Designers back at the Studio."
So, now it's the waiting which needed patience, hoping that he did actually inform the Designer and will do something about it to open it up this feature again or resolve the current issue that prevents it from opening. I'm hoping this is the case for the sake of all of us having the same problem.
