This is happening again and charging game volume up and down makes no difference

Same issue. Can’t listen to my books or music while playing anymore. Level 12649. Not a happy camper!! Won’t be playing again until it’s resolved.

I signed up for this forum just because of this problem. I walk and play my game while listening to my audiobooks, so super annoying. Nothing has fixed it. Not restarting phone/apps, any settings, etc.

Yes, for me this issue started after an app update was installed today. I’m sure there’s a direct correlation.
