same issue! Im on level 6036 and i just bought a timed booster package and now i’m not able to listen to my book and play - I should get a refund !!! This is rereally making me mad an a waste of my money if not

I’m having the same issue. Can’t listen to music or podcast while playing. Even though all sounds and music in the game are toggled off. I’ve tried changing all settings but there is no work around. I’m not prepared to delete game to lose all my progress.
reading the posts and on Reddit, this issue has been going on for years with no resolve! Come on King, sort it out.

I’m really frustrated and hoping you can help. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled the game because it suddenly started stopping any music or podcasts I was listening to as soon as I opened it. Even after reinstalling, the audio issue is still happening — the moment I open the game, all other audio immediately stops and won’t resume.

On top of that, I lost all my boosters and extra lives after reinstalling, even though I was logged into my account beforehand. I had large quantities saved (99+ on several boosters). My levels and progress are still there, but the boosters are gone.

same! I tried to uninstall and reinstall then lost all my lives and boosters.

I’m having the exact same issue. I can listen with any other app open but as soon as candy crush opens it stops playing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling- all that did was make me lose my boosters and extra lives. I’m deleting my account if I can’t listen to something else while playing
