not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!

I am a returning Candy Crush Saga player. I usually play on the Android app on my phone, where my progress is connected to my Facebook account. Recently, I installed the Candy Crush Saga app from the Microsoft Store on my Windows 10 desktop.

When I open the desktop app and click “Retrieve My Progress,” a Facebook login window sometimes appears. After entering my Facebook email and password, the screen freezes on the same login page and never proceeds.

If I try signing in with my King account instead, I receive an error saying “wrong email and password,” even though my details are correct.

Something even more unusual happened today: when I logged into Candy Crush Saga through the Edge browser, all my game progress was gone. I’m not sure why this is happening.

Could you please look into this issue and help resolve it?
