Hello - I have been experiencing this also since the last app update (iOS). Is there any resolution available?

I still have YouTube videos playing while playing CCS with the game audio and music off. Maybe after the update, the audio and music was put back to default “ON”. You can check and see if turning music/ audio off will solve the issue.

I was used to play CCS listening to podcasts or utube in the background. The only time the audio used to stop was when a propaganda was playing, which was resumed after muting the videos.

Now, I cannot listen to neither podcast, nor utube audio nor even PIP videos while playing CCS. I believe this might be a bug from the last update for IOS.

It’s iphone pro 14. I disabled the music on the candy crush app and I normally use external app to play music or watch netflix in the background mode. And I’ve never encountered this issue before.

hi, the issue isn’t with what I would like to hear. It’s that when I am listening to my own music and then I open candy crush, it cuts my music off. I didn’t have this issue before with this game

I’m no longer able to listen to my music while playing the game.

Many months ago I purchased an MP3 player. Yes, they still make them (https://www.majority.co.uk/). I can upload digital music to it and play it through my Bluetooth speaker using a patch cable. When I play the game, I always listen to music when I'm playing. So I play music from the mp3 player instead of using my iPhone. That way I can play the game and also hear music. This just happened a few days ago. I had upgraded to iOS 26 a few weeks ago and it was working fine. So it's definitely the game. I see they have stated they are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. I'll be waiting….
