Seeing the countdown timer on the Chocolate Box is reassuring because I was having problems sometimes. Therefore, adding a countdown timer on the homepage, in addition to having it in the events section, is a great advantage. Because the events section only showed the days; there was no countdown timer. And it was difficult to predict when it would end. So I had problems many times. But it's still not possible to have all the events open without any problems, without playing any old games. This problem persists. I have no other ideas about the rest. By the way, I still haven't been able to access my game progress. Facebook Chrome PC. I've tried everything you know and suggest. I'm experiencing this pointless problem for days. Please return my progress and fix it urgently. This triggered the reward machine and my other event processes. Therefore, I am experiencing a great deal of disappointment. FIX IT IMMEDIATELY.

I can’t open those links on my phone so I will reply to you in the morning when I am back on my computer. Are you talking about the Edge browser? I have never used it. Are you doing this on your computer? Do you have Windows? If so why aren’t you playing through them? I will write you more in the morning ok?

i remember playing the game on my computer when it was through Facebook. You had to open facebook on your PC and then click on the game. But then it seemed that more players were using mobile so the events were added to mobile and not through Windows.
What game owners had a reachable email address? If they had an email it had to be someone who knew a King employee. I don’t remember ever seeing an email address out in the public eye. The support for these games are connected to this community.
If you are having trouble getting to your current level you need to complete the contact form because if you lost your current level they can manually go in and get it updated. But before writing you need to get your user ID # by going to your game settings and clicking on the King icon on top. It will open up with your number. I am on my phone now but there should be a “Contact Us” at the bottom in this page.

Thanks for your detailed comment. I didn't know that. But I never liked or played these games on mobile. I usually played on PC. And then it was transferred to Facebook. Now I can't find my progress. It's not opening properly. The game is becoming more problematic every day. I don't know. I'm writing through the support box so many times. I'm communicating. It's up to them. All the other game owners have reachable email addresses. So they don't have a support team anymore, am I right? At least it's good that they've added some support to other games, even if it's just mobile. At least it paid off after all the notifications I've sent over the years, but PC is still stuck in the same place. Thanks for the information exchange.

Hi guys! I know that this is a very old idea and other King games have added this feature in their own way. Farm Heroes Saga was the first to add it.

For this game you have to scroll down and then the box will pop up. You type in the level that you want to replay and then click those arrows and it will take you to that level.

Candy Crush Friends Saga also added it.

For this game you have to scroll down to a portal. Click on the portal and the box will pop up. You type in the level that you want to replay and then click on the "Go!" button.

Candy Crush Soda Saga, never added a search box to type in the level that you wantead to replay, but they have a faster way of scrolling to get to the lower levels. It's not ideal but for those that want to replay lower levels that's what they implemented.

I know that we tried to get them to implement it into this game. @QueenB is the manager for this game and she's been working very hard on getting it implemented. When I created this idea in 2019 there was another manager for this game and he kept telling me that he was pushing for it but nothing was ever done. I don't know why the studio didn't do it, especially since both of the above games already had it implemented. I had asked to have this idea closed last year since nothing was done and community members were adding their comments on how great it would be to have it in the game. They loved going back to the older levels to redo them to get 3 stars on each level. Also a lot of players loved to go back to older levels for certain events, and for some of the level contests here in this community. Perhaps there wasn't enough of an interest considering the volume of game players to those who wanted this implemented.

I hope that @QueenB can convince the game developer to come back here to see the 2 print screens that I created showing the King games that have it in their game.

@OLD_GAMER, with regards to contacting King via an email, they don't own these games anymore. Activision bought it out from King in 2016 and in 2023 Microsoft bought it out from Activision. I think you would need to contact Microsoft Corporate to discuss this game. I know this community and the managers who are in charge can only do so much with the studios, but perhaps if Microsoft was made aware of this perhaps they would listen to the game players.
