Hello @Alex_The_Witch I reinstalled the game, but nothing changed. The word “Solitario” is still in Japanese and not in Italian, even though when I first opened the app—before playing the first level—the word “Solitario” was in Italian.
Now I have another big problem caused by reinstalling the game: the coins that load every 4 hours are 3,000 and not 18,000 as I have always had. This is not possible!!!

Are you writing about the Valentine Cake event? That round was just a qualifying round. You need to win both the knockout round and the finals to get the prize of 250 gold bars!
Always read the information given for events carefully by tapping on the "i" in the top left corner on the event screens. Also check out this community as it usually gives information about major events.

I am at level 18988. I used to look froward to playing the game, but it appears it is all about how much money you spend now.
