Your opponents can't keep playing tokens, don't forget that: There are only six tokens in the game per person, so eventually they will have to slow down and you can overtake them with your speed. Good luck!

Don't worry if you can't catch this up. This round is the end of the road for nearly everyone now and anyone who has played their tokens stands no chance in the final round anyway. I hope you are feeling better soon. Please think of your health and ignore the scores on your leaderboard. Your really don't need to worry about getting into the last round. Get well soon!

Hey guys, here a little update.

I have come to the conclusion that the reason I am finding this entire tournament boring @michimune is because I (now) understand how the app manages the leaderboards. And by understanding it I have come to realise that my entire leaderboard is put on hold every time I stop playing. There is a slow trickle of activity to keep those who cannot see it amused and on their toes and to maintain a sense of realism but I see through it and have genuinely found that the best way to play this competition is to not play at all. For long periods anyway. So that is boring to me and that is why I have all these spare accounts. One account is on hold, the other one plays. I've been doing this in all the previous rounds and so got all of them into the next rounds.

Before anyone becomes complacent reading this: There is a task of how many episodes (or tokens) we each have to play to move on to the next round. This is likely to be huge in the second final knockout round, maybe a score of 40,000 per day of play might be required. The overall task might be a score of 160,000 for the entire round, something like that. So you do need to crush hard and fast to get there, but it can be in short sharp bursts.

I am now debating what to do with the other three accounts. If it is this easy I might retrieve them and see if I can get all four into the finals after all. Or at least tease the others by catching up using all those lovely unused tokens I still have and stopping just behind them when the app does finally get every player back to full speed.

I am also now suspecting that the whole idea of the multiplier tokens was to mask the way that the app controls leaderboard speed, so players would just think it's players playing tokens at the last minute. That way the community is quiet (except for the nerds), no complaints of cheaters, nothing that Kingsley can't handle, so the humans at Player Support can enjoy a lovely quiet Easter.
