Kindly find the issue attached. The game froze after completing stage 10013, and I busy with candy royal was at 7/21. May kindly fix the error. It’s a huge inconvenience as I was gonna win the gold from candy royale. All my candies are lost, because of the technical error. Now I have to restart the stage again. Which is unfair, because I did complete it.

I’ve filed a number of similar complaints and never heard back.

@king3836 I get the same message. I contacted player support but it hasn’t been fixed yet. Sometimes it works though.
