Same - Spotify, ABCListen apps also now longer work whilst Candy Crush is open (used to just happen for certain ads which was annoying but manageable - no other sound sources at all means I will no longer play)

New update means I cannot listen to anything else whilst in Candy Crush. This used to only happen for certain ads but now applies the whole time Candy Crush is open. Cannot listen to music or podcasts whilst playing which means I won’t be playing anymore (was up to 21,394) unless this is fixed

I have been using Audible while also using this app every day for years. Today, suddenly when I open the app, my Audible goes silent. I have not made any changes, but I have done everything suggested online to fix the problem, including turning off all of the audio for this app. Please help! I don’t want to listen to the game. I want to listen to my book!

Will you fix the bug in CCS Unity audio engine which is preventing background audio from continuing on iPhone 15 Pro Can’t listen to Libby books or Audible books while playing CCS.

Did lots of troubleshooting and it’s isolated to Candy Crush Saga (not Jelly or Soda), only happens on iPhone / not iPad. Happens with AirPods & other wireless earbuds. Tried countless fixes - none of which resolve the issue. I’m using CCS 1.321.2.1.

I'm having that problem, too. I had it on Pet Rescue, but once it was open, I could go back to the app and turnit back on.

did someone from customer service comment to you?

I guess they are "looking into it"

I am so frustrated. I love playing candy crush while listening to music or a book #adhd

same here. Restarting the app and phone haven’t helped.

they dont give a solution though
