I’m having the same problem.
If you delete the game and reinstall you most definitely will loss all your boosters and gold.
CCS will eventually fix it, unfortunately the last time this happened it took months

Hello Candy Crush Support Team,
Since updating to iOS 26.3 on my iPhone 17, my Spotify and Audible audio stops completely every time I open Candy Crush Saga. The audio indicator disappears, and playback pauses immediately, even when game music and sound effects are turned off.
This issue did not happen before and seems related to the game taking exclusive audio control.
