Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with Picture in Picture (PiP) mode on my iPhone.

When I play Candy Crush Saga, Picture in Picture stops working. For example, if I have YouTube or HBO Max playing in PiP, the video disappears or pauses as soon as I open or play Candy Crush.

PiP works normally with other apps, but not together with Candy Crush Saga.

Please let me know if this is a known issue or if there is a way to fix it.

I’ve been playing for years (level 20,188) and I’ve always listened to music or an audiobook while I’ve played. For the past two days I’ve been unable to do that as every time I open the app the audio stops. I’m bummed because I only liked to play with background, audiobook, or music playing

The past few days I can no longer have something playing in the background on my phone while playing the game. Why? This sudden change is a nuisance.

can someone explain why I can’t play music in background anymore ?

Please help. I enjoy playing this game while listening to podcasts. I’m not interested in playing without being able to multitask. THANK YOU!
