I would hazard a guess that since blue is one of the 4 base colors, it would make for easier and more predictable number of event candies per level.
As for the date I highly suspect there is a requirement that x number of months have to pass between the end of the event and the live event such that passports and such can be realistically obtained. Much easier to move the in game event.
No break this spring I guess, right into the pre event I suspect.

He didn't finish the cake last week, because Bahia was in jail and had not yet baked a slice, but you baked many slices and finished the cake before she baked a slice.

Did you know "very active" is not a selling point in this Bake-a-Cake? It is a disadvantage sometimes.
If two members are very active in a team and often finish the whole cake within 12 hours after releasing weekly.
The others in this team would get NOTHING from cake weekly.
The rule of getting prizes from cake is⬇️
Must bake 1 slice to get boosters from cake
