I am experiencing this issue now. I swiped out of Candy Crush and opened it again. I'm still getting "level failed" with no option to buy additional tries.

This thing right here. I still have the season pass and there is no more events tab! Even their pop ups make zero sense.... Ugh...

My game was this way as well (Message shown, no Events Tab) but both the Old Pass (And eventually the Events Tab) came back.

Thanks for responding back to me. I know there's only a certain amount the Moderators can do, so it all comes down to King making the much needed changes. I will be both happy, and surprised if anything happens to make the game possible to get through tough levels.

You did not address the problem I've been having with using "my Rewards" to get "80 Golf Bars and Infinity lives" for one week (for using 1,500 rewards points in Microsoft Rewards and for it being my first time I used rewards. How many times do I have t tell you that we did NOT receive the Bars or Infinity Lives. This an Appeal to King that this should be looked into. I'd appreciate this to being looked into. I cannot figure what is wrong. But something is definitely wrong. Thank You, Dorothy Thompson
