8552 candy crush saga is different than the you tube videos and always ends at 18 jellies only . Support has not been any help.

@Riccadapi It is an issue they already know about. A lot of people have commented on this.
Complain game froze
Kindly find the issue attached. The game froze after completing stage 10013, and I busy with candy royal was at 7/21. May kindly fix the error. It’s a huge inconvenience as I was gonna win the gold from candy royale. All my candies are lost, because of the technical error. Now I have to restart the stage again. Which is unfair, because I did complete it.
