I am having the same problem every time I open my game on Facebook, and I have learned that if you open the game and then refresh the page, the level you are at shows ,but you lose a life. I have been doing this for a while now. Needs to be fixed.

I finally passed that hard level and got to enjoy some benefits from the Melting Season. I am currently on a nice win streak now too.

Wow, great observation, I thought King has re-branded the pins collection to start from Platinum, cos this is my Round1 for the Spring collection. For the Winter collection in last December, my Round2 collection gave 240gold bars + 2x booster set.
Interestingly, though the wrong label has been removed, now it's no longer the Platinum Pins.
But I didn't make any request for correction.๐

@T0rr1e I had an issue with not getting a timed booster right and my Booster Wheel didnโt work one day. So this is how support compensated me.
