I got it as well today @lorraineq12 on my Android Tablet, finished one Episode and I've now got a headache. Who on Earth thinks of these things @QueenB. It isnt blocking my board, but oh boy, is it IN YOUR FACE. Whoever makes these very strange decisions obviously doesn't play the game, can't blame them for that though.
Is this really here to stay or is it just being tested on some of us, because I'd like to be removed from the test group. It's awful and definitely unnecessary 🤐🥴🤬

Just so I can pass the feedback on properly, could you please share a screenshot of how the Booster panel looks in your game, and let me know which device or platform you’re playing on?
That will help us see if it looks the same for everyone, or if it appears differently depending on the device.

Now it might not look too bad to some as it's showing. But when actually managing to get through blockers and playing in the middle and bottom of the board, all I could see was the 'IN YOUR FACE' boosters. Very off putting and as said so very unnecessary.

I have just seen your screenshot. Yours is lower down than mine but is as big as mine. I am on PC. Ipad is still normal

Hello @debbieeverett and welcome to the community.
The new bigger icons seem to be part of a test King are running. I have seen another comment in the Support Forum from a player complaining about the same problem. It would be really helpful if you could post a screenshot to show us exactly what your screen looks like. On my normal iPad I have noted bigger icons today as well, but they still allow me to see the entire game board (just), so it would help to see your screen, thanks.

Arrghhh, Crushers! I'm back again for some more swashbucklin'! And this time, I've got myself a monstrous first mate of my own…Denize!
She happens to be one mighty fine sweet first mate of sorts to accompany and flank my ship! She's a monstrous beauty of a pirate mer-dragon, who like me, has the usual fixin's, a hook hand, eye patch, and Jolly Roger hat, as well as a big half-mechanical tail fin! And she wears a burgundy jacket like me, as red as the mechanical part of her tail fin, to be in league with me! I don't know how she came to be, but I like her!
Together, our swashbucklin' got just a bit more adventurous! She has the ability to hunt and seize underwater treasure that few could get safely, and she watches over my ship to make sure nothing bad happens to it! And she's having a fine time doing it all!
Now if you would please excuse us, we'll be off to the ends of the known earth to find more legendary treasure!

And with treasure at stake in the DDD, I turned it up a notch and make things crazier by turning Denize into a pirate mer-dragon! Complete with eyepatch, hook hand and a partly artificial tailfin! (And no, I can't imagine her sporting a peg leg in her normal dragon form because her legs are just too bulky.)
I previously imagined her to be first mate of Captain Sweet Tooth, read about that here!

This level was indeed complained about and discussed before.
Sometimes, the dragon can slide diagonally and end up on the wrong side of the candy cane fence where it cannot be rescued.
It's hard to pinpoint what exactly needs to happen for it to slide the wrong way. I cannot recreate this situation on purpose, but typically, such things happen after making a huge explosion, such as striking a supercharger combo, or perhaps a double supercharger combo, in this case.
The only solution is to replay the level, and usually, this doesn't happen on the second attempt.
This isn't the only level like this, and it doesn't seem like they will ever get fixed. The worst part is that they end your win streak. If this happened to you, contacting Support and asking for compensation is the best thing you can do in this situation.
