Still can't get my avatar to proceed to the next level.

I click on AlpaBetty saga and it goes to the 'loading' screen but never loads. From the same computer, my wife's avatar loads and the game plays just fine. I have tried from several computers and devices - my avatar simply will not load. this has been going on for 3 months with no help from King customer care. I was enjoying it and on level 175 when it stopped working. Guess I don't get to play anymore.

I have sent you a message explaining why I believe your avatar doesn't show ;-)

Also check 'pillecuki''s comment on your previous thread https://care.king.com/en/alphabetty-saga/why-do-you-claim-solved-when-problem-persists

Once you upload a Facebook profile picture, you can easily synchronize in the King.com settings; on King.com go to the cogwheel top right on your screen ('Settings'). Select the first option: E-mail - Password - Score and progression sync. Type in your password and click 'next.'

Item 1 - I do not play on Facebook only on King.com. Item 2 - I cannot get to the cog wheel on AlphaBetty and already tried the settings for all of King.com - even changed password with no change to results.
