Alphabetty: I was receiving free gold bars when I watched a video advertisement.

Now, for the last few weeks, after the video plays, I get an error message that I've lost internet connection. I have deleted and reinstalled and nothing is working. Please help!

The same thing happened to me after the last update. I contacted customer service, and filed a claim. They said they were working on it. I received an email the other day stating it has been fixed, but it hasn't. I replied to that email and got no response. I filed another claim and have gotten no response.

I've had this problem for months. Tony Mc told me they've been made aware of it, but still no fix. This is getting ridiculous!
