Having issues with movie

Hi there, I am having issues with the movie playing on my devices (tablet, smartphone and Ipad). I know this is an ongoing issue. Is there an eta for the problem to be resolved. We just keep using whatever gold bars we have left without an opportunity to gain more without having to pay for them. I teach computer to seniors and I promote the king games like alphabetty and candy crush and I don't want to have them play and find out things are not working. They are also on fixed incomes and cannot afford to pay money for boosters and gold bars, they want to enjoy the game. Since the movies are not playing and we are losing gold bars every time we play until this issue is resolved we should all be granted a number of gold bars per day/week free of charge. Otherwise the game is not fun and many will move on to other games. Thank you for your consideration.
