Hi, I entered play yesterday Alphabetty Saga perfectly in King.But today I could not recognize nor the mail nor the password. That may have happened? He was playing for 245 level

If the app doesn't recognise your details then the only thing you can really do is make sure you have input the right credentials. There isn't much that King or we can do sorry.
Clear the browser cache and restart it then input the details again.
