No Answer to my question

Why am I not getting an answer to my question? Someone else has the same question also and we are not getting an answer!  For a short time I was able to win gold bars for watching videos.  Why am I no longer able to do that.  Sometimes, for a brief moment, I see the icon to click and then it disappears!  Was this only a temporary bonus or have I done something wrong?  I would like to be able to win gold bars again.  How can I do this?  Please answer my question this time.  I am very frustrated.  :(

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
