So I was on level 3706, or around there. Anyway, my phone took a crap n totally broke. Got a new phone and I love it but I CANNOT retrieve my game. Went thru FB. Shows my profile pic I was using, but it’s starting me on level 52!! How do I get my game back??? This is really bothering me. I’ve played this game for 2-3 years already. I can’t just lose my progress. Where n how do get help retrieving my progress??? Somebody Anybody please help!

@Jeannebrockway hi sorry to hear that. Dont worry we will try to help you. First is your game saved as if so you should only loose boosters not progress. When you make any chances such as updating or reinstalling you should always log out of the game then turn your device off and on if it is saved this should work. Let me know if works and includes your game and your level. Just tag me in your reply by typing @ then select my name from the drop down and it will turn black. 👍🌞
