Free gifts and rewards

May I know whether you are referring to the rewards/gifts in your game app or in this Community because the rewards/gifts are totally different?
If you are not getting any rewards or prizes from your game app, please ensure that the app is of the latest version and that you are properly connected to your profile. You may disconnect your device from the internet without exiting the game, wait for a minute, then reconnect back the device to the internet, play a level and counter check your boosters' inventory bag/pouch.
New added items are indicated by a sparkling light on top of the boosters (for Candy Crush game). If you have missing rewards, please contact our King Support team by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page and describe your issue to them. You will then receive notification from King once they received your message.
As for the free gifts/rewards from this Community, please read here for more info. You may also check out this guide to help you find your way around. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Tag one of us by using the @ symbol and then type out our name. You will see a box pop up so click on the correct name and your tag should now be showing up in bold or simply click on the "Quote" function right below our message box so we get your notification.
