App won’t work

Since the most recent update, my app won’t open. I have an iPhone 11 and it looks like it’s loading and within 1 second I am returned to my phones home screen. Please help

    Uh oh! Have you still trouble crashing or not loading on any King's Game? 😢

    Don't worry about this problem! You can click here (Apple Device) that it can be solved by Community Team, then you can find troubleshooting steps that I hope this helps you can playing/opening on any King's Game! 😉

    ⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

    If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress.

    It still will not work after restarting my phone and closing all apps. I had mastered all of the levels previously and when I got a new phone it did not save my progress despite linking my account to FB. If I delete the app and restart it again, I am not interested in restarting my progress for the 3rd time

    Hello,

    after most recent update on my iPhone, pyramid solitaire won’t open! I’ve invested years as well as money on this game and I’m at a very high level! Please help and fix this issue. 🤬🤬🤬

    You can click on "Contact Us" here. You can find on the bottom of the Community page:

    Then you make sure your email is correct, write your full name. After that, you choose a game if you have playing this game or any King's Game, then you choose the platform such as phone or PC, you choose a topic is "Problem with my game" and subtopic is "Crashing / Freezing". (Here is my example as below) 👇

    Finally you tell them "Why are you asking this problem?" and click on "submit".

    So you wait for Community Team (but it has taken longer) until their team will answer and help you about this issue/problem while you receive your email. 😊
