Using lives given in Papa Pear

Is anyone else having any issue using the lives that were given to you in Papa Pear? My little envelope says 30 something, but when I open it, there isn't anything there! Please let me know! Thank you all!!

@kiara_wael .....When I looked at the link you sent there wasn't anything regarding my problem, so I tried to go to the support page and it gave me a page not found message! I greatly appreciate the help, and if you can suggest anything else, I will definitely try it!
