BW2 - Quest frustration

This is a copy of an e-mail I sent to King today. I wonder if I'll get a reply!!

I love playing BubbleWitch 2. However, it's about time that other players, genuine and not, we're stopped from blocking lines and rows on Team Quests. Sometimes it's taking 4 or 5 days before a square in unblocked. The messages don't get read or answered, so I doubt that they are genuine anyway. I spend quite a lot of money on both this game and BW3, yet am stymied. Please look at this problem and get it remedied. If you take a look at the FB page, you will see that I'm not the only person complaining. Thanks in advance.
