When I reach the top of level 10481, the app freezes. It happened 3 times in a row.
I use an iPad At level 10481, when the roofline becomes visible, the app freezes. This has happened four times in a row now. I’ve restarted the iPad, but the situation hasn’t changed.

Is anyone else getting this? I've closed the app and cleared cookies but nothing helps.
After completing game 7 of Cloud Trials the rewards are visible. Upon returning to game, the values are not synchronized with the live game. No one at tech support has done anything after 2 weeks. Please Help. And, yes I have opened up cases through tech support. Thanks!
