    Well Let's Do The Maths

    5x+1 $ for 5 Kilogram Mangoes for 2x Mangoes

    Thus, 1Kg Mangoes => 5x+1/5 = 2x/5.

    Thus, 5x+1/5=2x/5 is for 1 Kg which gives x = -0.14.

    But x cannot be negative due to any thing in the Problem cannot be negative like mangoes and Price.

    Thus, x = 0.14

    2x Mangoes = 0.28 Mangoes

    5x+1 Dollars = 1.7 Dollars

    Actually there was trick that negative value and Mangoes weren't actually mangoes because no one literally can say 0.28 Mangoes as Mango. 0.28 means there must be a big mango which was cut into pieces and 0.28th Part was given. @stan1981
