No email confirmation request received. (Resolved)!

I joined the community on 29th may & since then have been asked on every page to confirm my email & I have used the option to resend the confirmation email numerous times. I have checked my email address on my profile & I have actually received one email (on 30th May) from the community saying that someone had commented on a discussion I had posted in. This at least proves that my email address is correct for sending me an email but despite this I still haven't had the confirm email request.

Apologies if this should be in a different area of the community (support?) but it seems to be the only place I can raise a new discussion - I have raised another discussion here on that issue.

Been a few problems with the confirmation email last couple of days. believe this is being looked into as few people reporting no confirmation email after also checking spam folder.

This can be a temporary problem.hopefully you should get this a little later

Thank you @kiara_wael, I had searched for email confirmation but didn't find many in the last few days so wasn't aware there was a general issue. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I had the same problem and only volunteers helped me because they reported the matter to managers. when I reported the case myself, it did not help as much as you want and nobody will help you, please send me information on priv and I will give you people who will help you. Finally, I have full access to my account and all information. people here on the forum are very helpful.

@toniab Welcome To The King Community,

¶ Check Your Email Address and Password while Entering King Community. You may not receive the Confirmation mail if anything goes wrong here.

¶ Once You find everything is Right then Search for 'King' in the email address you are having Problems with.

¶ Do Share us a Screenshot.

@AbhinavSargar , thanks for the advice.. However as I am showing logged in there is nothing wrong with the login credentials to the community. As I said in the original post of this thread I have received an email telling me about a comment on another thread (& in fact another on June 3rd) so no issues with the community contacting my email address.

I have now requested another confirmation email which I have not yet received but I appreciate that it can take a while to get through. I'll update this in the morning (UK time)

Still no email confirmation.@AbhinavSargar although I have had an email about a comment on another thread. However I just noticed that I received that email at 3:31 am on 6th June (UK time) when it was posted o the community on June 3rd at 7:28 om according to the time on the post. That does seem quite a delay for email.

I also haven't received an email regarding your post above although I did get a notification within the community..
