Hi and Facebook Problems

Hi,
I have joined up because I am having problems with all King Games on Facebook. They have just disappeared from my feed. When I do a manual search I get an error message when I find them saying "User has opted out." I know I haven't opted out so can't imagine what has gone wrong. It is pretty irritating as I have had to persist with loading problems over the last few months in BW3 but to lose all my games and progress, I can't express how frustrating that is. I am using Apple OS Catalina 10.15.5 with the latest version of Safari. I really don't want to use a mobile or play outside of FB if I don't have to. Can anyone help, please?

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone.
