Points and progress

Hi to you all,
I recently joined because when the site was out of action for two plus days, I was trying to establish, once it started again, my progress. My game appeared but I was back to level one. I tried logging in to the King site, but my log in was denied, I did not exist. Pointless trying to get logged in through Facebook, I have never registered with them.
Yet I have a password, so how did I register ? I went on to the game and from the Wilbur page, I found a means of logging in via email. This was where my password was applicable. I duly logged in, and got my game back, my progress, everything. Such a relief. I thought that all my achievements had been lost for good, because I had not saved them by the King or Facebook connection. I am now registered through the King connection, but in case anyone else thinks they have lost their rating, maybe my experience will be of use. Good luck. xxx

Thank you for your welcomes. I play Bubble Witch saga 3 and have managed to restore my scores. I wrote how I did it in case it would help someone else in the same position.

I got a new I pad. My pet rescue put me back on level 1. I lost all my progress points. I am. on level 2830. My progress points is 321330. Can you restore them to this I pad.
