How can I send you the email I received from Phillip - a King Player Relations representative telling me to reinstall the game and he would restore all my boosters.

    When you reinstall any King's Game, you save your progress completed and gold bars are saved but unfortunately all of the boosters are gone and events will be reset or gone.

    You could copy the message and then paste it.

    It is an unusual thing to be told as it's a not a process that would normally happen. But as you say you have a email confirmation.

    @Lynn-7 Hi again. I appreciate your are rather unhappy with this but if this was from a customer service representative i would think you would need to take that up with them. I am forwarding this to our CM so he can take a look at this for you, but he is away at present and not sure when he is back. He will get in contact with you or alternatively you could send him a PM.

    I honestly do not know if he can help you with this but if anybody could it would be him or he would point you in the right direction. If you choose to PM the name is below and he is tagged to this post so he will reply when he is available
