Problem with Pyramid on samsung 9s + phone

Hello, new here.. I have been playing Pyramid for a long time both in facebook and on my samsung phone. My app on the phone updates, phone is updated fully and have contacted King for help .. nothing works as to updating my level of play i have on my ipad tablet. I have run out of ideas , can anyone sugest why my app on samsung hone will not update even tho my app is logged into facebook account. Thank you
