    Yes, I heard the story and my mother said it to me in the form of a short song, and I will tell it to my children when they reach the age of changing teeth. πŸ§šβ€β™€οΈ

    I love the boxes you made for your children and grandchildren @hechicerilla! I wish I had been so innovative. I used to save my children's teeth with the thought of giving them back to them someday. However, I got them mixed up -- too many children and lack of organization.

    I had similar experience as @Alex18, but I was rewarded with a quarter instead of a penny. So, the tooth fairy also gave 25 cents for each of my children's teeth.

    And @Greymane, it appears you missed out on some money for sure!

    Hi @KimElston It was tradition when I was a child that the tooth fairy would bring a silver sixpence if you put your tooth under your pillow at night ( that’s 2 & 1/2p in new money ) I couldn’t pass the tradition on because I didn’t have any children sadly
