Problem with messages

Hello!! As you can see in the picture, there are at least 50 unreaded messages, but when I try to access them, it says I don't have any messages at all. Do you have any idea to solve this problem? I've tried to check out and then check in again, but it didn't work. And I've recharged the webpage, but the problem remains.

@Martuxa Hi and welcome, not sure which this game is for, but at present there is an issue in most king games regarding sending and receiving lives. This is being investigated but at present we have no time frame for a fix.

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

Hiya there.. This is support for candy crush saga. But i hope you get the answers you need.

Maybe those are lives. Have you tried accepting?

Thank you all for your kind answers! I'm sorry I posted my question in the wrong thread, it's my very first time in this forum.

And, my problem doesn't seem to be related to problems in Facebook, because I'm playing online, not via social media.

The problem remains. Do you have any other idea to fix it?

@Martuxa Hi again, if you have a king game account. Try checking your game and if playing through a web browser this is up to date and clear the cache, log out and restart your device and log back in and see if your issue still exists
