I've voted, as I think it's an excellent idea, but I find it hard to see how it can be done accurately, as cheats will always be cheats and would find a way around anything.

If there were competitions for both money players and regular players, the regular players might not be able to earn the badge from money competitions. Also every badge can be obtained without payment.
