Dear @Nix66, I will never shoot the messenger. With 6 weeks of non-stop company, I am not surprised that I did not see the message from Ina in time to submit a new entry for week 4. More disappointing to me is seeing some of my "friends" give your post for me a "HaHa" reaction.

@MountainMom I am sorry for you and everyone else who did not get the badge. 6 weeks of beautiful memories made with your family is worth more than any badge. As for the haha reaction, I wouldn't take it to heart. ( I checked and I gave the helpful one) many times I just go down the threads and click reactions just to give players the reaction points and I hope no one ever feels slighted by them. The hahass could have been towards @Nix66 comment about not wanting to be a moving target( don't shoot the messenger)
This threads outcome is a reminder for me to triple check my entries in all contests. I know the mods have a lot on their plates and it isn't easy to stay on top of every entry and comment

Hi @MountainMom - I agree with @rebelchild that just one of your memories will be worth so much more than any number of badges. I would give mine away in a heartbeat to be able to spend that time with my loved ones. You are a great competitor, so I know you'll earn many more.

Yes, through this I saw that the community can also be therapy. There are many friendly players here and they will guide you in the right direction. You really have to see what is important and what is not. Badges aren't as important as family. What did you get from a badge? Nothing. But you have more of your family and a lot more.
