Stayed up 'til 2am making this barbecued pork called Char Siu in Cantonese... for the first time in my air fryer (this is not my photo), but Just Because it's Just Because Day, I'm going to marinate pork belly today Just Because I want to make a different version until I get it right... ahh obsessions with the recipe!

What people tell me, because it's difficult for me 2, is that you have to try and see how it works like a kid or 20 years old and just play with it, they just do and are not afraid do to mistakes.
You will make mistakes but if you're not afraid of trying and when it goes wrong, you can go to your back up. Or ask family, friends or go to the store, they do it mostly free.

I was travelling from our main office and i happened to drop by at a fastfood resto. I don't usually buy from this resto. I feel the crave to eat and i bought extra food for an old man outside. I AM HAPPY today.
