Don't Worry or Stress π
Set aside 1 day and a time (once a month) to worry. Mine start on Tuesday at 9:00 and stop at 9:15, that gives me 15 minutes each month to worry about everything.
If something new comes up I have to wait until the next month during my 15 minute time limit to worry β€οΈ
